Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a class take?
Most classes run 2 to 3 hours depending on group size. We keep sessions focused and hands-on so your team isn't pulled away from work any longer than necessary.
How many employees can attend at once?
We cap each class at 15 participants to ensure everyone gets quality hands-on time. If your team is larger, no problem — we'll schedule back-to-back sessions to get everyone covered in one visit.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. You can reschedule at any time, as long as it's at least 24 hours before your class. Just give us a call and we'll find a new time that works.
Are your certifications recognized for workplace compliance?
Yes. All of our certifications are issued through the American Heart Association (AHA), which is widely accepted for OSHA compliance, Joint Commission requirements, and most employer and industry standards. Your team will receive official AHA certification cards valid for two years.
What's the difference between CPR/AED and BLS?
CPR/AED certification is designed for the general workplace — it covers how to respond to cardiac arrest and use an AED in an emergency. BLS (Basic Life Support) is a more advanced course built for healthcare providers such as nurses, medical assistants, and first responders.
